Q: How do you pack for ocean freight?
A: Flat-packed with straps folded in, 20–30pcs per carton, depending on size. Vacuum packing is available for bulk shipments to cut volume.
Q: Can I get GRS docs and ship from Vietnam?
A: Yes. GRS certificates are provided for approved RPET materials. Vietnam production is available - talk to us about your destination country's tariff situation.
Q: What's the MOQ and lead time?
A: Standard MOQ is 500pcs per design with 25–35 days after sample sign-off. Smaller trial runs can be discussed.
Q: Can I order a sample before bulk production?
A: Yes, we make a pre-production sample with your specs - color, logo, material - for approval before starting the main run.
