Q: What print methods do you use for custom branding, and do they survive washing?
A： We use three durable methods depending on the fabric:
- Silk-screen with flexible eco inks that won't crack when folded
- Heat transfer for multi-color complex logos
- Dye sublimation for full-surface coverage on polyester
All prints pass a 50-wash test, keeping colorfastness above Grade 4 (ISO 105-C06).
Q: Can you provide GRS certification and Transaction Certificates (TC) for rPET drawstring bags?
A: Yes. Our eco material supply chain is fully GRS certified. For every rPET order, we issue the Transaction Certificate (TC) tied to your batch invoice, so your brand can clear customs and back up its environmental claims in Western markets.
Q: How do you stop the inside of the drawstring channel from fraying?
A: Many factories leave raw fabric edges inside the channel to save cost. We don't. Every internal edge is overlocked or bound with bias tape before the channel is sewn, so loose threads won't shed, tangle the cord, or jam the closure.
Q: What are your sample and delivery lead times？
A: Custom samples made to your spec ship in 3 to 5 business days. After sample sign-off and deposit, mass production for a 20ft container runs 20 to 25 days.
