A: Yes. Our Ho Chi Minh City factory meets local rules of origin, so we issue Certificate of Origin (Form CO) with every shipment, helping eligible buyers get duty-free or reduced tariff rates at customs.
Q: What's the difference between EPE foam and NBR closed-cell foam insulation?
A: - EPE (Expanded Polyethylene): lightweight, low-cost, holds temperature for 4 to 12 hours — fits everyday lunch bags.
- NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber): high-density closed-cell foam that keeps ice frozen up to 48 hours, built for heavy-duty coolers in tough conditions.
Q: Can you do custom zippers and hardware for waterproof cooler bags?
A: Yes. For premium and waterproof coolers, we use airtight PU-laminated zippers. We also offer custom zinc-alloy pullers, reinforced nylon buckles, and bottle-opener attachments, all built to hold up to 500N of pulling force.
Q: What are your sampling and mass production timelines?
A: Samples take 5 to 7 working days from your spec files. After sample sign-off and deposit, mass production runs 25 to 30 days for a full container.
