Q: How do you guarantee the load capacity of your bags?
A: Every batch is tested in our own QA lab. We pull random samples, fill them with a 15kg weight, and drop them 100 times. If we see any seam coming apart or stress-point deformation over 1mm, the whole batch is rejected.
Q: Can you split shipments between your China and Vietnam factories?
A: Yes. Both our Xiamen, China and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam factories run on one shared ERP system. Depending on your market's tariffs, we can do material processing in China and final assembly, packing, and export from Vietnam to keep your US or EU import duties lower.
Q: What printing methods do you offer for large ODM orders?
A: Three, based on fabric and design:
- Screen printing for solid Pantone colors on canvas and non-woven
- Rotogravure film lamination for full-bleed photo-quality prints on rPET
- Heat transfer for multi-color logos that need precise alignment
Registration stays under 0.5mm, so logos come out sharp.
Q: What are your sample and production lead times?
A: Samples take 3 to 7 working days after we get your artwork or tech sheet. Once you approve the sample and the deposit clears, mass production runs 20 to 30 days for a standard container, depending on material and order size.
Q: Can you provide GRS certificates and Transaction Certificates (TC) for customs?
A: Yes. For any order using GRS-certified rPET or recycled non-woven, we issue official Transaction Certificates with every shipment, so your import paperwork covers environmental compliance and tariff exemptions.
Q: What are your tolerances for fabric weight and print registration?
A: Fabric weight stays within ±2-5% depending on the material, and print registration holds under 0.5mm for clean, sharp logos.
