Q: How does the backpack-to-waist-pack conversion work?
A: Detach and stow the shoulder straps - the bottom section buckles into a waist pack. Full backpack is 26×48×9 cm, waist pack is 28×12×10 cm. Switch takes under a minute.
Q: Is 11L enough for a day hike?
A: Handles a half to full day - water bottle, a layer, snacks, phone, sunglasses. Separate bottom zip keeps wet gear away from the main compartment.
Q: Can I get a custom color?
