Q: What's the minimum order quantity, and can I get my logo on it?

A: MOQ is 500 pcs per color. Logo can be done via screen print, embroidery, or heat transfer - send us your artwork and we'll confirm the best method for the design.

Q: How long does production take?

A: Standard lead time is 30–35 days after artwork approval and deposit received. Rush orders can be discussed depending on current capacity.

Q: Can I mix colors in one order?

A: Yes. You can split across grey, black, navy, and burgundy as long as each color meets a 500-pc minimum.

Q: How long does the bag actually keep things cold?

A: The PEVA-lined interior holds temperature well for 4–6 hours with ice packs. It's not a hard cooler, but it handles a full workday without issue for most users.

Q: Do you have factory certifications - anything that covers social compliance or quality standards?

A: Yes. The factory holds BSCI certification covering social compliance, along with ISO quality management standards. Documentation available on request.
