Q: 1. What's the MOQ for custom gym duffles?
A: 500 pcs per design. Colors, logo printing, custom labels, Pantone matching - all available once you sign off on the sample.
Q: 2. Does the shoe compartment make the bag bulkier to ship?
A: No. It's built into the base panel, not added on. Bags fold flat, pack tight, and load efficiently into cartons - no wasted container space.
Q: 3. Do you offer GRS material and Vietnam production?
A: Yes on both. GRS recycled fabric is available on request. Our Vietnam plant is BSCI audited and can help qualify US buyers to cut import duties.
Q: 4. How long from PO to shipment?
A: Sample in 7 days. Bulk production 30–35 days after deposit and sample approval. Rush orders - talk to us, we'll work it out.
Q: 5. Can I mix colors or add multiple logo positions in one order?
A: Yes. Up to 3 colorways per 500-pc order, no upcharge. Logo on front, side, or strap - pick one spot free, additional positions $0.15/pc.
