(1) Traditional reflective cloth

2. Reflective cloth can be roughly divided into normal bright reflective cloth, high bright reflective cloth and bright silver reflective cloth according to brightness, compounding process and color.

(1) Normal bright reflective fabric is gray, its glass beads are not aluminized, and the reflective brightness is generally around 5-20, which is suitable for sewing on light fabrics with low requirements for reflective brightness, and many bags use this kind of reflective fabric.

(2) High bright reflective fabric is silver gray in daytime, you can obviously see the surface of the aluminized glass beads, the maximum reflective brightness can reach more than 420 cd/lux/m², suitable for sewing in a variety of reflective undershirts and other light fabrics.

(3) Bright silver reflective fabric shows metallic silver color in daytime, using aluminized glass beads, the maximum reflective brightness can reach more than 420 cd/lux/m², suitable for sewing in light or medium-sized fabrics with high requirements on reflective brightness and washing.

3.Reflective fabric can also be divided into chemical fiber reflective fabric, TC reflective fabric, flame retardant reflective fabric, elastic reflective fabric, etc. according to the different base fabrics.

(1) Chemical fiber reflective fabric adopts 100% chemical fiber 190T polyester spinning as base fabric, which is lighter and thinner than TC base fabric.

(2) TC reflective fabric adopts 35% cotton and 65% chemical fiber polyester-cotton fabric as the base fabric, which is thicker than chemical fiber.

(3) Flame retardant reflective fabric can usually be divided into cotton flame retardant reflective fabric and aramid flame retardant reflective fabric. Cotton flame retardant reflective fabric adopts 100% cotton fabric with flame retardant finishing as the base fabric, which is more economical.

(4) Stretch reflective fabric uses spandex and chemical fiber blended fabric as the base fabric, which has a certain degree of elasticity and is suitable for sewing on all kinds of elastic fabrics.
