Fancy denim with different raw material structure
(1) using a small percentage of spandex yarn (about 3-4% of the weight of the yarn) for the warp core elastic warp or weft yarn, woven into the elastic denim.
(2) A low percentage of polyester blended with cotton as warp yarn, dyed to produce a white-out effect of the chiffon denim.
(3) With cotton and linen, cotton and wool blended yarns, weaving of senior denim.
(4) denim woven with medium and long fibers (T/R).
Fancy denim woven with different processing techniques
(1) Bark crepe denim woven with high twist weft yarn.
(2) warp-dyed denim dyed with sulphur or sea-change orchid and other dyes before dyeing indigo.
(3) colored striped denim with colored warp yarns embedded in indigo warp yarns.
