2. Production process
(1)Material cutting process
①Cut cardboard: strictly in accordance with the sample size of the material, the fan cardboard, the bottom cardboard, handle cardboard using 1.0 ~ 1.6mm steel plate paper, the front pocket paper and front pocket cover paper using 0.6 ~ 1.0mm white board paper, the nose paper with 0.8 ~ 1.0mm white board paper.

③Cut zero material, lining material: cut zero material, pay attention to the cooperation between the large material and the fan, including color, luster, grain thickness, etc., lining material cut before the material to be pre-scheduled, laying material, cut material with electric scissors, such as a small amount can also be cut by hand.
④Cut sponge: according to the sample material, choose the sponge thickness of 3-4mm. requirements shall not pull the sponge to avoid deformation of the sponge, try to keep the four sides of the flat, no warping.
(2) bonding process

(3)Sewing process
①Sewing the nose: sewing in the right position on the cover, requiring a straight and round stitch and a firm needle stop.
②Sewing the fan side: first sew the zipper bag on the fan side, when sewing the zipper bag, the first line of the bag mouth zipper is 2mm from the side, such as the second line and the first line spacing 3 ~ 4mm, the stitch distance is 28 stitches per 10cm soil 2 stitches. The fan surface will be ready for use.
③Sew the bag cover: sew the bag cover in the back fan according to the rule point, and ask the bag cover not to be skewed.
④Sewing the bag and lining: the bag should be made according to the sample size, requiring the pleat amount to be even, the curvature to be round and symmetrical, and the lining to be joined according to the requirement, no loose wrinkles. ⑤Closing package: align the center point to sew the fan and wall parts together, if necessary, first with glue and then sewing, requiring the closing package to be positive, stitching to wrap tightly.
(4)Riveting process
①Riveting lock, riveting bottom: according to the sample riveting.
②Rivet handle and nose: require symmetrical position and firm riveting.
(5)Material requirements
① Artificial leather:
a. An area of not more than 8mm2 does not show the white bottom of the spot, not more than one in the fan, wall parts, not more than two at the bottom.
b. The area is not more than 4mm' with white bottom spot, not more than one spot in the back of the fan and wall, and not more than two spots at the bottom.

② natural leather:
a. The color is basically the same, clear pattern.
b. The rear fan surface of the bag, the wall, the bottom of the bag is allowed to exist does not affect the inherent quality of the bag, the total area is not greater than 28mm2 disability exists.
c. Leather thickness according to the physical mark sample shall prevail, deviation soil 1mm.

(6) technical requirements
①Size deviation is not more than 4mm.
② negative weight standard: specifications in the 300mm below the package weight of not less than 3kg; specifications in the 300 ~ 450mm within the package weight of not less than 7kg; 450mm above the package weight of not less than 12kg.
