1. Sunlight
Strong daylight on the leather products, will evaporate the moisture and grease part of the leather, leather without a certain amount of moisture and grease will be brittle and fracture; color cloth in the sunlight will fade and crumple. On the contrary, when the daylight is weak, the humidity in the air is increased, leather due to excessive absorption of moisture, so that the product is easy to mold and deformation. Therefore, reasonable and appropriate use of daylight, to ensure product quality is beneficial.
2. Temperature
Temperature has a very big influence on the finished product. For example, leather is chemically tanned, if improper storage will cause changes in quality and make the product shorten its service life. If the product is put below 0C, the moisture and grease inside the leather will change the form, make the leather surface hard and brittle, wait for the temperature to increase the hard and brittle immediately disappear, but the leather can not restore the original tight state, which will cause the service life of the product to shorten. Therefore, to adjust the temperature of the warehouse, the common method is ventilation. When the warehouse temperature rises, open the ventilation device and doors and windows to make the cold air flow in, and properly reduce the temperature in the warehouse. Warehouse temperature is generally 25 ~ 35 degrees better.
3. Humidity
Relative humidity meter to determine the changes in relative humidity, relative humidity is large when the finished product absorbs more moisture in the air, relative humidity is small when the moisture in the finished product is reduced.
The moisture content in the finished product is too high, easy to cause microbial reproduction and mold, metal parts are easy to oxidation. When the relative humidity is too low, it will also affect the quality of the product due to dryness, for example, when the moisture in the leather is too little, it is easy to brittle fracture. Therefore, all kinds of finished products should be kept under stable relative humidity conditions, and the relative humidity is generally about 50% as appropriate.
4. Sanitary conditions
Poor sanitation will seriously affect the quality of the product, such as dust, grease, garbage, harmful toxic gases, etc., will not only stain the surface of the finished product, and will bow|the breeding of pests and microorganisms, causing damage to the product. Therefore, when storing products, the surrounding environment must be cleaned frequently.
5. Stacking of finished products
The impact of product stacking on product quality is also very important. For example, when the wooden boxes and cartons where the products are stored are close to the ground or near the walls, it will cause the products to absorb moisture and become moldy. Therefore, the wooden boxes and cartons for storing products should be placed at a certain distance from the ground and walls. The distance with the ground is at least 40cm, more padded in the rainy season; the distance with the wall is at least 30cm. When the finished products are scattered, the products should be arranged neatly in a firm and upright position, keeping a certain distance before and after. Stacking should not be too high, to prevent the bottom product from being crushed or deformed.
