Q: Can we customize the bag color to a Pantone shade, and what is the MOQ for custom dyeing?
A: Yes. Send us the PMS code, and we will dye the fabric to match. MOQ: 1,000 pieces per color, including lining print and woven labels.
Q: How do you pack to cut ocean freight costs?
A: Bags ship flat-packed, 40 units per double-wall carton, under 0.08 CBM each - more units per container, lower freight per bag.
Q: What documents do you provide for shipments from your Vietnam plant?
A: Form E or Form EUR.1 Certificate of Origin, plus GRS chain-of-custody paperwork, so your customs broker can cut or remove the import duty.
Q: How long do samples and bulk orders take?
A: Samples: 7–10 days (3–5 if artwork is ready). Bulk: 25–30 days for the first order, 15–20 days for repeats.
Q: Do you accept third-party inspections?
A: Yes. Our QC does inline and final checks per AQL 2.5. We also welcome SGS, BV, or any inspector you name, at either plant.
