Q: Do you ship to the US, and do you support DDP?
A: Yes. We ship regularly to North American ports. DDP is available via ocean or air - our logistics partners handle US customs, duties, and last-mile delivery to your warehouse or Amazon FBA.
Q: Can you manufacture in Vietnam to reduce US import tariffs?
A: Yes. We operate certified factories in Xiamen, China, and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Full Vietnam production with a Certificate of Origin (COO) is available on request.
Q: What is the MOQ for private-label orders?
