Since the solvent of this adhesive is toluene or xylene, it has a very fast volatilization speed, high adhesive strength and excellent adhesive performance. ④Push it from the middle of the leather to the four sides, and there should be no air left in it. Push the four corners well, the surface is round and flat, use pliers to tighten the edges of the leather so that the edges of the leather are tightly folded, put on the metal hoop, and tightly tie the edges of the leather to the mouth of the fat noodles. Flatten with pliers to keep the edges clean and flat.

2. Bonding of square three-dimensional parts
Square three-dimensional parts are generally used for the production of briefcases, instrument boxes, etc. The box body is made of plywood, and the surface is covered with leather.
The bonding method is as follows:
①Slice and assemble the parts to make the product as a whole.
② Wipe water on the surface of the leather and meat, after 10~15 minutes until the skin is soft, brush the adhesive on the surface of the leather and meat, and brush the surface of the box with glue

3. Adhesion of semi-rounded solid surface
The semi-rounded three-dimensional surface refers to the shape in which two of the four corners of one side are rounded and the two corners are right angles. It is a common type of box products. The box is made of plywood and the outer layer is made of leather. It is mostly used in medical boxes and instrument boxes, and the bonding method is basically the same as before.
4. Bonding of three-dimensional elastic surface
The three-dimensional elastic surface refers to sandwiching a layer of sponge body between the fabric layer and the luggage body, so that the formed surface is plump, soft, and elastic, and the effect is very good. For example, the bonding of the body and the cover of the briefcase, ladies bag, etc.
The bonding method is as follows:
①Cut the sponge body according to the specifications of the bag body and lid, generally use 3~5mm plastic sponge.
②Apply the adhesive on the surface of the wooden box or on the lining, try to be as full and thin as possible, and there should be no glue lumps. After the glue is dry, stick the sponge, leaving a space of about 10mm around, and use a knife to cut the four sides of the sponge. Trim straight, then apply neoprene to the surrounding spaces and allow to dry.
③Apply neoprene glue on the four sides of the leather, and the position and area are the same as the outer space of the box sponge. After the glue is dry, stick the fabric to the box.
④When gluing the cover, first shape the cardboard lining of the cover according to the shape of the cover, and then stick the fabric on the lining to form, so that the cover switch is flexible and the parts are flat.
