(1)Cutting process

② Fabric:
a. Application of natural leather materials, pay attention to the surface of the residue and the direction of the silk strands, try to improve the cutting rate.
b. When using artificial leather materials, use the longitudinal wisp direction cutting, carefully according to the sample of the row of materials.
③Cut the lining: according to the sample size, pay attention to the inner pocket with horizontal material.
④Cut sponge: according to the sample size, the thickness is 3~4mm.
(2)Bonding process
① sticky fan: the fan side of the cardboard - side brush - layer of thin glue, dry and lining material bonding, requiring accurate alignment, and then brush the other side of the fan side of the cardboard even adhesive, dry to non-sticky hands after gluing the sponge, along the four sides of the sponge with a knife to cut flush, 7 ~ 10mm from the edge of the cardboard is appropriate, the four sides of the paper and the fan side of the leather brush even adhesive, dry to dry non-sticky hands, the leather and sponge bonding, with bamboo or cone to scrape the four sides Scrape firmly, according to the edge of the cardboard folding edge. Pay attention to the corner parts, pleats to take even, round and smooth shape.

(3)Sewing process
①Sewing the front pocket and inner pocket: position correctly, sewing strictly according to the sample requirements, sewing the inner pocket of lining fabric should be done according to the sample size, and the amount of pleats should be evenly distributed when there are pleats.
②Sewing the nose, back strap nose, button nose: the position is required to be symmetrical and accurate, not skewed, and the shape is natural and smooth.
③Sewing the fan, the bottom of the package, the plug head together package: the stitching is straight, the alignment should be correct, and there should be no skipping. If necessary, use 309 glue first, and then sew on the sewing machine, the stitching should be wrapped tightly and the trademark should be sewn in obvious parts.
④Sewing the bag cover: sewing the bag cover according to the required size and position, requiring straight stitching, firm needle stop, and no skewing of the bag cover.
⑤Sewing the handle and back strap: The stitching is straight and the width is in accordance with the size of the sample.
(4)Riveting process
①Riveting lock, riveting bottom: require riveting according to the sample, the lock should be riveted firmly according to the lock bottom, do not be skewed.
