2. Production process
(1)Cutting material process
①Cut the fabric: first cut the main material of large area, then cut the parts and small parts, cut the leather fabric, pay attention to the surface condition, reasonable arrangement of materials.
②Cutting lining: before cutting lining material, such as uneven should be ironed first, according to the sample under the material, inside the bag with horizontal silk direction.
③Cut cardboard: in general, the bag bottom board, bag mouth lining paper, etc. with white board paper, requires strict undercutting according to the sample size, cardboard edge should be straight.
④Cut foam and other lining materials: requirements according to the size of the sample under the material.
(2)Bonding process
① sticky package bottom: cardboard, fabric brush even adhesive, dry until not sticky hands, bonding firm.
② sticky package on the mouth: draw a good fold line, the latch strip, the package on the mouth brush adhesive fold, fold the edge and then brush adhesive will be the latch strip and the fan on the mouth of the bonding, the requirements do not show the mouth, the package on the mouth to be flat and straight without zigzag.
(3)Sewing process
①Sewing the front fan side pocket: the edge of the pocket cloth is about 1mm below the edge of the fabric to prevent the mouth from showing.
②Sewing fan side and bottom of the bag: Sew the front and back fan side and bottom of the bag together, and do single bright line processing on both sides of the bottom of the bag.
③Sewing the back belt: The back belt is made of two parts, and the two edges are sewn with a single bright line and double folded edge.
④Sewing lining material:
a. zipper closure: sew the zipper closure strip to the - end or both ends of the zipper (depending on the style).
b. Sewing zipper, zipper chain, lining: when sewing, clip the zipper in the middle of the zipper chain and lining, sew with backstitching, then, turn to the front in the edge of the lining to seize a single bright line to do the lining backwards to do smooth.
c. Combine the lining: sew the zipper and lining ends together to form a closed pocket.
d.Fold the top edge of the zipper: Fold the top edge of the zipper according to the folding line, requiring a straight edge and no bump.
⑤ Fix the strap: the strap and the fabric upper mouth with the line seizure fixed, such as the assembly with metal accessories need to be put in this operation after the closure of the bag.
⑥ close the bag: the bag inside the upper edge of the folding edge with a bright line seized together, requiring a straight line, no open mouth phenomenon.
