Now that the festival has officially opened, it is a great help for foreign trade merchants to seize this event, which is known as the domestic Double Eleven, for their own business. The Ali International Sourcing Festival has been in existence for 6 years and has developed to give more protection to merchants this year, with the adoption of buyer tiering and arrival protection within the platform, making buyers and sellers feel more at ease when they are within the platform.
In order to take on the festival, five of our foreign trade salesmen participated in the Alibaba International Station Orange War, aiming to boost the salesmen's morale and take advantage of the platform's explosive period to sprint to their goals. At the same time, in this month, to learn from other outstanding peers advantages, learn from experience, to improve themselves.
The Xiamen Orange War kick-off meeting was held in the afternoon of September 2 at the Huilong Wanda Jiahua Hotel in Beibei Bay, Xiamen. The members of the Xiamen Orange War were divided into two teams: one team was the Warriors and the other was the Unbeatable Army. Our company salesmen are members of the Unbeatable Legion.
The kick-off meeting consisted of two main elements: in the first stage, the two team captains and political commissars led the teams into four groups to compete, boosting morale through the competition and allowing everyone to appreciate the power of unity and work together to achieve their goals. The second stage was to set targets, with the boss of each company taking the lead in setting the team and member targets for the month, and the ability to challenge their peers. The challenges included company challenges and individual challenges. Our company had a total performance challenge with Xiamen Mywell, with the stakes being a dinner party. Three of our salespeople also took on a personal performance challenge of $1 million. Lisa was the king of the challenge, with a challenge of 3 million.
